A family business that has become an international partner in premium coffee
EKAF was born from an all-Italian passion: that for authentic coffee, prepared with care, selected with expertise, and roasted with respect for tradition. Its roots date back to the 1940s, when a small family-run roasting company began its journey in an Italy that was rebuilding its future.
Over time, that small shop transformed into a modern industry. Growth was gradual but steady: first with local distribution, then with the creation of the Cellini Caffè brand, which became the symbol of our vision—a high-end espresso, the result of research, selection, and slow roasting, according to the standards of the finest Italian tradition.
Over the years, EKAF has expanded its production and commercial structure, equipping itself with state-of-the-art facilities and building a network of international relationships. Today, it is a solid, independent, and flexible group, capable of supporting distributors, retailers, and horeca operators in tailor-made projects, including those under the customer’s brand.
