WHISTLEBLOWING procedurE

EKAF S.P.A. has established a channel for handling reports from Employees and Third Parties (“Whistleblowers”), where “Report” means any breach of national or European Union legislation as governed by this procedure. The internal channel adopted by the company applies to all persons referred to in Article 3 of Legislative Decree 24/2023.
Reports may concern conduct, acts or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the organisation; EKAF guarantees the utmost confidentiality with regard to the Whistleblower, protecting their identity.

Reports submitted via the internal channel must be made in one of the following ways:

• in writing
  via the online platform at: http://comunicazione-anonima.ekaf.it by completing the reporting form;;
• orally
  through a face-to-face meeting with the Committee or one of its members..
