Our certifications are not merely milestones, but a daily testament to our concrete commitment to our industrial partners and end consumers: to guarantee coffee that is safe, traceable and respectful of the environment and people throughout the entire supply chain.

ISO 14001 Certification represents our concrete commitment to responsible growth. Through a structured environmental management system, we monitor our environmental impacts, resource consumption and performance with the aim of reducing the environmental footprint of our operations. This approach is fully aligned with ESG principles, embracing a broader vision of sustainability that encompasses the environment, social responsibility and corporate governance.

We have chosen ISO 9001 Certification as the basis for our organisational model, to ensure quality, consistency and reliability at every stage of the process, from the selection of green coffee beans through to roasting and distribution. Through a structured system focused on continuous improvement, we offer our customers high and consistent standards over time.

With IFS Food Version 8 Certification, we have established an advanced and rigorous system for food safety and quality. Through regular checks, risk management, a food safety culture and full traceability throughout the entire coffee supply chain – from the selection of raw materials through to roasting and packaging – we guarantee safe products that comply with the latest international requirements.

We have adopted the BRCGS Food Safety Standard, Issue 9, to further strengthen our quality control and food safety systems. This scheme incorporates stringent requirements regarding hygiene, the management of roasting and packaging processes, hazard analysis (HACCP) and a culture of food safety, offering our customers a high level of assurance that is recognised globally..

Organic certification reflects our vision of authentic quality. We select coffee from certified organic farms, grown without the use of synthetic chemicals and in harmony with the natural balance, to offer products that combine flavour, naturalness and sustainability.

Through Rainforest Alliance certification, we source coffee from sustainable and responsible supply chains. The protection of ecosystems, the preservation of biodiversity and respect for working conditions on plantations translate into tangible value that we pass on to our customers in every cup.

We have chosen Fairtrade to help create a fairer and more transparent coffee supply chain. This standard guarantees sustainable trading conditions for producers, minimum prices and investment in local communities, enabling our customers to choose a coffee that combines quality with social responsibility.

Some products in our range are certified as compostable by the Italian Composting Consortium (CIC). The certification confirms that these items, tested in accordance with the European standard EN 13432, are designed to be recovered through industrial composting alongside the organic fraction of waste, thereby helping to reduce environmental impact and contribute to the development of a circular economy model. The certification applies exclusively to the products expressly listed in the valid certificates.

Some products in our range are certified as compostable by TÜV Austria under the OK compost INDUSTRIAL scheme. The certification confirms that these items, which have been verified by an independent body, are designed to biodegrade and turn into compost within industrial composting facilities, thereby helping to reduce waste and recover organic resources. The certification applies exclusively to the products expressly listed in the valid certificates..
